When ever i type "/var/theos/bin/nic.pl" it says "no such file or directory" plz help

I am really fed up re-installing the game- gangstar vegas and using that gameloft unban utility for my ipad mini(8.4 jailbreaked) everytime i install the game i always got ban from the game and i dont know somehow it recieves my older game data which was hacked...SO PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!!

Why? Remove the ip u typed in....make sure u have closed coc from multitasking if u remove the ip ur village will get back and make sure ur coc is closed frim multitask
