my phone is already jailbreaked (i know what u taking about)i can't even open photo app or music app

i already rte-jailbreak it . this is my first time i meet this problem . can't even enter safemode.

I'm Using Iphone 5 Ios9.3.3 Jailbroken about a few month but now it can't even open cydia . when i open cydia it pop out ,it pop out for all app even photo app and music app ,even when i shut down it it still return to jailbreak but can't open anything . i don't want to lose my jailbreak

i have no choice but i have reset it again,i have many app and cydia tweak is that backupable? it may take too long to install it again but any chance can you tell me how i can reset my jailbroken iphone ? can you make it more detail ?

I'm On ios9.1 and when i try to use localapstore (buying something)it always say cannnot connect to itune .

i think the problem is because localAPstore i already uninstall it but maybe there are some-left over file maybe. need help about that ?

i can update my app in appstore but i can't download new app it say Cannot connect to ITunes Store.
