Try to download in Safe mode. If it works in safe mode, probably one of your tweaks is messing it up

If you recently 'lost' gold, then you should probably contact the Xbox live support or whatever customer service they have. Give them your problems and questions and I'm sure they'll help you out. Since all the transactions from buying/selling/spending gold is recorded with them in their databases. If you have a legit problem, they will help you and refund you. 
Apart from that, as I said all currency bought from them is recorded so trying to hack/ findind a generated will not work. It's serverbased real money transaction that you get a receipt for. Whatever you may find online is either fake or virus.
So, I strongly recommend that you get in touch with the company.

I remember looking for SBGameHacker a while ago aswell. Pretty difficult to find indeed but I'm sure there are still inactive repos still flying around with SBGameHacker; but mind you its in Chinese, even the name. But unfortunately it never worked for me, I tried it on ios 8 I think. As DiDA said, it really is only integrated to be used on Andriod and there is no version that is compatible on iOS. I have personally confirmed that much. With IGG and GP Etc. SB never couldn't compete in the first place. So the developer eventually didn't bother to further update it for the iOS market. And since it was and still is an Android trademark anyway, I'm pretty sure no one will even bother getting/making an iOS one.
 
 
But I'm still sure that you're issue can be solved with one of the available memory editing programs on iOS; that is if you know how to properly make full use of them.
I'd suggest you post a question with a proper information and/or problem that you are having so that the community can help you better.
