I believe their is a way to download the app over the computer and then install it manually through a cracked version of iTunes.

Personally, my favorite private server is DMZ. I will give you the IP and tell you if it is up right now! The IP is 5.9.53.108. It says the server is down for maintenance so just wait about 30 minutes for it to come back up.
