Go into iFile, Into Host settings, delete the line that you added, click save then done and then uninstall coc. Respring your device and then install coc back and you get your original base.

Reset your host settings. Uninstall clash of clans. Respring your device. Install clash of clans. it should work when you do all the steps

I believe their is a way to download the app over the computer and then install it manually through a cracked version of iTunes.
