    It doesn’t work, I get a Problem warning, saying something went wrong with the transaction

    I can log in perfectly on my phone but can’t log in my iPad, shows “The Lerner of this website has banned you temporarily from accessing this website” but I can log in perfectly on my phone. What happened and why did it banned me? All I was doing was to log in to my iPad to log in the app and I get the error 1015.
