To fix this issue you must follow these steps: 1. Open cydia 2. Search for "PAM Modules" 3. Then Upgrade to the latest version 4. Terminal now works. I personally use MTerminal

When trying to download the app it says: The application requires ios 9.3 or later You must update to ios 9.3 in order to download and use this application Is there anyway I can download this app without updating?
