I'm ios 9.1 restoring to Ios 9.1 I inserted a 3 lines into hosts file to fix error 3194 now gives me error 17 for fixing 3194, I'm starting to give UP!!

yea that's it. I'm trying to restore but it gave me itunes error 3194 and now error 17

I didn't have the chance to install any tweak, I already tried iMazing, iexplorer and iFunbox

How can I get there without using any tweaks please?

the thing is that I can't download ifile because that cydia error..

I already downloaded the ipsw but when I try to restore via Itunes it gives me an error... How to manually install a tweak, I can fix the error with ifile ..

Hey Guys I have just jailbroken my iPhone6 ios 9.1 with Pangu tool It is jailbroken successfully but when I try to download any tweak it says sub-process /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (2) any solutions? I tried to restore my device but still the problem exist Thanks
