I have an iPhone X with 13.3.1 iOS installed. Recently jailbroken with Checkra1n, but I had to uninstall it in order to play certain games (Pokemon Masters & Mario Kart) since JB Bypass tweaks were not working. However, after uninstalling it (either safe mode and regular mode) and apparently having everything from the JB erased, some banking apps and other games are crashing when I open them, and are recognizing my device as if it was still in a JB state. Is there any fix to this other than complete Erase All Settings and restore my iphone from scratch?

I was able to fix it because my cydia wasn't update with all the new files. Apparently I was missing the newer version of mobile substrate. Refresh all cydia packages and check if you are up to date
