that question is above my skill level. just use unlimited health potions. unlimited coins required jailbreak app I think. It may not even possible with the online checking of the game.

changing certain values may not be working due to online checks within the game. it had to be disabled / modified first.

I might have a solution for you: Install the game with iGameGod injector. Then use Touch recorder to increase the value using the Horse Feed (unlimited, won't decrease) and leave it overnights. It would take some time but you'll get there.

Just tested it. This time the game freezes every time I tap on the “gear” (setting) whereas before the new upload the game crashes. @Zahir
