I uninstalled the app but now I am getting the ‘revoked certificate’ alert when I try to redownload.

Hello! I have been, for several hours, trying to install The Arcana. It did all the usual things where the circle on the app icon appeared and filled up as it downloaded, but now it's just stuck greyed out, and the app page shows me this. I'm afraid to try deleting and re-installing the app as I'm worried I'll lose my progress. What should I do?

I've re-downloaded the app and verified it in my settings, but the app icon is still darkened and can't be opened.
