It started happening today, sad cause there's lots of promo and sale too, it was working fine yesterday

so as what the title says, ever since I install the iapcake or something along that line, when I want to make a proper purchase it shows no price or anything just unavailable purchase, after I remove it and check again it works but I cannot buy anything, so I remove the localapp thing, still the same thing there was no pop out asking me to sign in and make the payment, any suggestion other then semi restore
