It says there was an error loading the preference bundle every time I go to it in settings, probably due to the fact it's not compatible fully for iOS 9

Yeah, but I think a beta has come out on the developers repo for iOS 9 if you'd like to try that out.

using the deb file alone didnt work i mean. the README now part said ios 7 and 8 should be fine and since it didnt work for me i was wondering if i should do this. When I start up the game it recognizes the hacks (the iosgods popup will come up) but non of the hacks work.

Yeah, I'm on 9.0.2 so I don't think most of them work now, I haven't tried all of them but soccer, basketball and shooting showdown don't work along with guncrafter

Hmm what happens when you try to buy something? it's most likely the iOS version but I have a theory of why it's not working.

Im on ios 8.3 and the blitz hack didnt work for me should i be doing this or is there something else i might have done wrong?

IAPCrazy is good, but it somehow manages to give you ads EVERYWHERE on your phone, I downloaded it and I started getting video ads in clash of clans, Kik, snapchat, even flappy bird. It's an awesome thing to have on your jailbroken device, but if you want to sacrifice ad-free apps, be my guest cause downloading this will place apps everywhere on your phone,
