Figured out my problem, depending on the your phones memory size, you can only download so many tweaks. Then I found a solution, download a tweak called Stash from this repo ---> https://coolstar.org/publicrepo/ This will download these tweaks to a different location, increasing the amount of tweaks your phone can hold.
