If it’s not, and you want to remove the hack from the app, you can delete the app and reinstall it to have a fresh version.

Head to Cydia and go to your recently installed tweaks and you can uninstall it like any other tweak

 

To fully the download off your device head to iFilza and delete the .deb file ; should be in the same place you installed it.

If you somehow have money sent to your PayPal for whatever reason, selling, gift etc. You can get that money with mout a card.

Darn, it's in a bootloop with no way to access anything. It only pops up with my phone on the computer sometimes but I don't see that of any use. Does this mean the end?

This probably means the end of your jailbreak, try to hard restart and break the boot loop, even try letting your phone die then plug it in. If all else fails just restore
