iPhone X iOS 13.4.1 when I download a game, I go into downloads. I touch on it and the only option I am given is delete.

So I’ve spent money on the app plus membership couldn’t download any games. So then I spent more money on the VIP still can’t download games. when I look in downloads, under the name of the game, it says “Label”. When I touch on the game the only option I have is delete. Bought wrong subscription I mistakenly bought the one year subscription, but what I needed was the three month VIP subscription. Is there a way that I can get rid of the first one and transfer it to the latter one? Thank you.

I see that it’s been updated to 11.1, but for some reason when I try to install everything freezes and locks up.
