My bad, I did equip gear but forgot to include it to my statement. 

How does custom xstat value work? I tried putting a random value, enabled it, equipped a gear but nothing happened. Am I doing it wrong?

Hmm, is it just me the hack is not working. The mod is installed succesfully and I can see and use the mod menu properly but the hack itself is not working in game.
