This may not solve your issue, but some apps that keep crashing are solved by disabling iCloud on your phone. Don’t know if this works for all crashing though -

New Member here. I can't really download anything from the site. When i press "install" it says that there's a high volume of traffic and new members are prevented from downloading. Then I tried downloading the ipa of several games and I get the message that these are all disabled. I tried the other options and they all require VIP. When will I be able to download directly from the website using "install" as a new member? I actually prefer to use ipa's but I can't seem to get the downloads to work either.
