Thank you for your answer, so it's not related to IPAs that not able to use after installation? basically, I import ipa to the iosgods app and then install it, after that it shows on the home screen as not installed ( greyed with cloud symbol )

Hi there, I tried to follow the steps here but did I miss something? when I click on "Tap here to install" it shows me the profile that I have to install, then it's installed the app but not the profile itself, it's still stuck in the settings as a downloaded profile but not installed, it's not showing any activation profile or button like the video above, here is a short record of the issue, the app was installed and I can install some IPAs but a lot of other IPAs can't, is it related to the activation profile? iPhone 14 pro max ios 16.1.2 much appreciated
