When trying to be installed sideloadly installs but when i try to open it it gives the following msg:”The program can’t start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your conputer.Try reinstalling the program to fix the issue” Ive tried reinstalling and it doesnt work. My pc properties are:32 bit,windows 7 ultimate,2.00ghz,2 RAM
