problem solved. i entered safemode and uninstalled ifile after clearing it. then I redid installation instructions in order. i also learned that I was missing the preference loader or it could be after I got the cheats via appcake hope this helps someone later on.

First I tried installing but it failed cos no substrate i extracted all the files though (multiple times) and set things without execute permissions to have them I finally decided to read why its not extracting from the error screen in ifile and got the substrate i needed installed substrate and resprang my device. after that my phone froze, then it worked for like a minute and i was unable to use any apps. phone cut black and I had to hold down the home and power to put it back on, but I still cannot use clydia. it flashes right back off but shows in my task menu. what did I do wrong and how do I fix this? i cant evn reinstall my jailbreak, its not letting me and I dont know why because its ppjb and I cant read chinese. oh, and i still didnt get the cheat. =_=
