Hi @Laxus, I am able to download the latest version of the game, but unable to load my existing profile, I get an error message stating ‘’unable to download additional files’’. This issue is occurring on my non jail broken iPad as well as on my non jail broken iPhone, both IOS version 13.3 thanks for your help

@Laxus thank you for the update. unfortunately, when I try to upload my existing saved profile in the newly downloaded the game, it stops at 4%. “Unable To Download Additional Files.” I am therefore unable to play. Thank you for your help & have a great weekend

FB login worked just fine for the past few months on iPad and iPhone Same issue, I also get stuck at 3%

Hello, I am facing the same issue: clicked on the app fixed email instal link and when I click on the install profile, I get redirected to a safari webpage that just shows the loading circle on the welcome screen and it never actually finished loading. Thank you in advance for your resolution.
