The app crashes and cannot be opened. Besides, I can play normally on iPhone, but face the "You are offline" issue on Ipad even I delete the app and sideloaded it again with the same method I used for iphone.

Hmm it seems something's wrong with my iPad. I can play for 5 mins then faced the "You are offline" issue again.

I sideload version 3.20 on my Ipad and could play it normally, but then I faced the issue "You are offline" a week ago. I thought it was due to version outdated and waited for 3.21, but when I installed 3.21, the issue still happens on my iPad. That's why I installed 3.21 on my iPhone to test, but I got no issue on iphone.
