    I cant find my iDevice on the impactor, what to do? (my iDevice is iphone6s and my computer is windows10.)

    This is my first time using a third party app. Usually, downloading music offline on Spotify turns the arrow down logo green if its downloaded. But mine is still grey and said “Downloading... Waiting to download.” I am using my WiFi not my mobile data. pls help me what to do to download the music offline and listen to it. Thank you!
