I didn't know how to download cydia so i googled it and i came across this website called "cydiafree.com" and downloaded it. But the app says that it is only the demo version and i have to donate to their paypal to get the full version. My device is an iPhone 7 Plus and i have iOS 12.1.4

i am incredibly new to the world of hacking and jailbreaking. i've never done any of this before. is there any way to download ifile/filza and/or cydia/substrate/preference loader without having to pay or donate money? i'm a poor college student so having to pay for these kind of defeats my purpose of not having to pay for gems and tickets on episode lol Also, i think my current update prevents me from getting these things as none of them are updated to work with my phone's current system update...
