Hello, I would like to request a full refund of ₩42,991 because the app does not work at all. I paid by debit card on October 13, 2026, but I am unable to use the product. I have attached my payment record as proof of purchase. Please process my refund. Thank you.

Hello iOSGods Support, I have an active App+ membership and downloaded the Cell Survivor - Shoot Defense iOS Mod IPA. The game launches normally, but none of the advertised mod features work, including increased damage and unlimited currency. I believe App+ should be sufficient, but I would like to confirm whether a separate VIP subscription or additional payment is required to use these features. Could you please clarify this and let me know how I can get the mod features working? Thank you.
