Is this malware it doesn’t seem to work and nobody has said anything about it working either !!!!????

wtf does “then close the app (from background too) and reopen.should work now” even mean these are some vague tips I closed it 20 times now and it still says download failed

How do I even use the account switcher it doesn’t let me past, copy or even type anything in it how does it work!?!!???
