safe mode's faster than normal I just jailbreak when ios8.4 comes no problem before

I respring my device and it works after that 1 hour it's back but this time I've tried everything it doesn't work!!

My iPhone5 already Jailbroken (ios8.4) it's okay at first but now when I connect with Wifi it's disconnect everything i mean both LAN and Wifi devices can't use internet. help
