Go into cydia and tap installed you will see call of duty and uninstall from there

You dont have to clear nothing all you have to do is unlink the banned facebook account and link a brand new accout without the mods installed and you will be able to play again because thats what i did and it works for me

Just create a new facebook account and make sure to uninstalled the mod before creating and linking account to the game and it worked for me
