I think i did everything i was not supposed to do that’s why and got caught in the alliance Please help me get it back

What do i do if my account got banned permanently i really want it back badly . I don’t even know how i was caught maybe because i was in an alliance and online but I’m willing to do whatever to get it back, and not hack again the hack just made it easier.
