Yea it's not possible to reset your phone without loosing your jailbreak, and also if Cydia can't be opened I don't think you can do anything to fix it .

So you can't open Cydia at all ?

You can reset your phone completely via a computer but your going to loose your whole jailbreak and if you don't back up your data :EX: photos, videos apps, will be deleted too.
