I got an issue on the beginning of the game its asking me to complete an mission that i should buy a chest weapon form the shop and the shop can’t be open so now i can’t move forward on the game

The problem is this mission comes on the beginning of the game and it ask to complete the mission so you can keep going on the game

I tried XP Hero it was working fine but then there are an mission asking to buy a chest from the shop but the shop can't be open so the game stoped can’t move forward.
