Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the game COOP TD on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
I have an active VIP subscription as well as App Pro+. Everything was working normally yesterday, but today when I launch the game, I get a popup saying that I need to purchase VIP again. After that, I receive an “Access Denied” message and I cannot access VIP features.
Details:
📱 Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max
🛠️ iOS version: (newest)
🔓 Device status: Non-jailbroken
💳 Subscription: Active VIP + App Pro+ (purchased and working until yesterday)
What I already tried:
Restarting the game
Restarting the iPhone
Checking internet connection
Reset safari
relogin
reinstal game
Problem:
Until yesterday everything worked fine, but now the game does not recognize my VIP status and keeps showing “Access Denied”.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?
(change wifi network to data help resolve issue)
