  1. Hello, I need help with an issue on this app. Every time I open the app, I receive a notification saying that my device is not recognized. However, when I use the same account on my phone, it works perfectly without any problems. The issue only happens on my iPad, and I am unable to access the app properly because of this notification. I have already tried using my phone, and it works fine, so I believe the problem is specific to my iPad. Could you please help me resolve this issue and recognize my device?
