I think chatbox better to be kept but with restrictions . it’s great for the newbies to connect! But If some people find it annoying they should be given an option to disable/ hide chatbox. Likewise, a person can be reported with spam, nuisance etc , some number of reports may block him temporarily to participate in chatboxetc, such appropriate punishments if imposed will improve the experience for every user
