I just clicked the install button.

If the quick chest search feature is enabled, turn it off and try again. I had it, it helped me.

Попробуй сбросить сбросить настройки сети Попробуй использовать впн, у меня игра только с впн работает, без впн нет соединения пишет (Try using vpn, my game only works with vpn, there is no connection without vpn.)

My game only works through vpn

After the last update, the game started crashing when using frozen stars. @Laxus

Enemies also kill with one shot! Can this be fixed? @Puddin

Yes, I reset all settings without deleting applications and data.

Hi. You can add igg new version 0.5.4 to the game. @Laxus

On the main phone, with iOS 26.3 added, it was the same, all methods were tried, nothing helped. It was decided to reset all settings. It helped, everything is working now, I hope it will continue to work.

I tried everything I could, resetting the cellular network. As a result, I reset the iPhone to factory settings. I only installed vpn and iosgods, it worked temporarily @Rook

I downloaded it from the site and tried it through a quibble, when logging into igg, it says that it needs to be updated. In both cases. Not critical, of course.

One caveat, igg asks you to update it anyway. It's just that a new version 0.5.1 was released today.

I extended the VIP yesterday, but it didn't last. What should I do? Wait?

I decided to upgrade my VIP, I thought it would help my problem, but it didn't help, the VIP is inexpensive, I'm not asking for a refund, I just want everything to work.

Hi. You can add a new version of igg to the game. @Laxus

Good afternoon. So nothing worked. The VIP is ending soon, and I was thinking about extending my subscription, but if it stopped working, now I'm asking myself, is it worth it? When should we expect a solution?

It seems to me that these are problems on your side, it also stopped working on the second phone, I did not change the settings on it. @Rook

I have a problem with vip access again, yesterday the vip functions stopped working, only the free functions work. Vip is active, the listed methods that helped above no longer work. The app store now only starts with vpn, I can't download apps without vpn. Please help me

I don't think it's a big deal, and I already have an advantage in the game.

I'm saying that under the number 1, the score is up to the first death. And under the number 2, the score is with resurrection through frozen coins, and this score is not included in the overall progress. I assume this is related to the game server? @Laxus

The currency is frozen, and it works. The adventure tokens are also frozen, but they only work for resurrection. You cannot open new maps with frozen tokens, and it says that you do not have enough tokens. However, if you unfreeze them, you can buy them, but they will be spent. The overall progression in the adventure is taken into account until the first death. If you revive with frozen tokens, the progression will no longer be taken into account. Is this feature unbreakable? @Laxus

I launched it today, it showed an error, the VPN didn't turn on, I turned on the VPN, and it worked

The default browser is Safari. But the account was logged in using the Yandex browser

Subway also worked. I struggled with it for a whole week. Now I tried the same manipulation. With two browsers, but it didn't work, so I turned on VPN, and it also worked. I'm glad. @YetiFromCA
