General Lost IPA found, but no apple id access (free app so no piracy)

Is there no bypass for it? Seeing as this was a free app -
It is an IPA file for the game Prince of Persia Time Run. Which was a free game released on the app store but was pulled soon after. I wish to decrypt it or sideload it but I do not have the apple ID it was downloaded from. Is there any way I can play it?
