Help/Support Hard time III money quality is not working

Hey…. So on the hard time 3 app the money is not staying every time I move around the map it decreases I closed the app reopened it ,deleted and even redownloaded it also lol I Hard restarted my phone can someone please give me tips on how to fix this problem if it’s no fix oh well -
