That's crazy.. I've loaded it onto my 15PM, 2025 iPad and iPad M3 and never for one second does the store attempt to load anything. That's really odd... have you tried any other app that has Free iAP and was successful? Do you have any VPN's on? DNS settings? I honestly don't know where to even start.
