I've solved it!! Problem was the custom install. So I had to give up the progress made on it, delete the hack, download the hacked ipa again with safari, sideload with enterprise account over cydia and then the sync worked completely normal. of course i had to make a new account but you can have your old name back. lol.

great job guys! all works fine except it seems i can't connect to game center. is this normal? what if there will be another update? thank you for the answer
