maybe try installing an IPA signer, use e-sign for example (it can be any ipa signer) with a .p12 certificate and a .mobileprovision file, I use it, works fine for me… idk if that’ll help for your device but it works for me 🤷♂️ (or even try sign.ipasign.cc if you already do have a p12 and mobileprovision file plus the ipa file)
