hey man it appears the later update you have (#6) is actually this file. I loaded what was supposed to be a lower level but its level 101 sadly.

Thank you for posting this but I think you might have made a mistake in the linked file. the save game I just downloaded is at level 101 and mostly built up. I was hoping to find a low level game to play as you described.
