I try to log in but when I enter my login and press login it just reloads the page and wants me to do it again. It's going on like that in a constant loop Anyone who can help?

Hey everyone. Got a question. My account was banned. How do I log out and create a new one? I've tried to delete the game. Log out of appstore and into a new account and a new game center account. Still logs into the banned account. Then I tried to completely create a new apple id and do it all over again. Same result sadly. Anyone who can help?
