I'm trying to download this game Sorry for late reply, was overseas

Hi, I'm trying to download a hacked game but with the certificates going haywire, I'd like to use cydia impactor to sign the app myself so I can play. However I cant download any .ipa to my pc, it keeps redirecting me to the mobile iosgods app thingy in my browser. I tried following this guide BUT it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is it intended that we can't download .ipa's anymore?
