I rebooted the program and my IPad. After this didn’t work, I did a fresh re-install… deleting the original app. This is not only going on with my iPad but others in my group with an iPad. I just noticed that it was updated, So I reinstalled again and it works. Thanks

I have two accounts in which I play Travel Town ✨. One is on an iPhone and one is on an iPad. I’ve had these accounts for two years.. after an update I have had issues only on my iPad. Once it has been installed, and I hit the icon, it immediately disappears. It doesn’t even bring up the home screen. I am part of a group with about 13 ladies, and only two of us have our game on the iPad and both of us are having the same issue. So my concern is what is going on with the install download for iPads. When I update on my phone, it works just fine. This appears to be an iPad only problem. Please advise. I did look through your frequently. Ask questions and did not see this topic come to access the Support guidelines. The link would not open so I hope that I am not wasting anyone’s time and I hope that you can help. Thank you.
