By the way, this is not yet resolved. I tried both with VPN and cellular but still getting the same error.

Hello. I have successfully downloaded the game via Sideloadly however once I start the game, at the loading station, it says "Get download size 13" and does not move forward. Any fix around this? Thank you, cpakcpak
