For the second time...instant university was patched long time ago along with instant buildings.

There are some features that's been patched internally...like instant university and changing nations with 0 crown so those are not possible. Also be patients it takes time to update, keep spamming with update request and it will be locked like last time.

You cannot buy gold or upgrade building instantly. However you can use it to train troops instantly and raid to fill up resources in less than an hour of raid.
