I purchased VIP and App+ around November of 2022. It was invalidated by Apple around March 2023. I submitted a ticket immediately after this and received an email that my request had been prioritized with a max wait period of 33 days. I have yet to regain access nearly 4 months later, I've checked email folders and other things to ensure I didn't miss my emails. The delays for refresh have been getting insanely long, and last time this happened I was not compensated for my missed time, when it was promised.
Is there any chance an admin or someone else can look into this? I understand you're trying to hide this kind of feedback from customers, because yeah ... 4 months. If you want to remove it, that's fine. Can I just get someone to look into why its taking this long?
