The gems dont freeze, is that bc its server-side or can i fix it?

I just downloaded the hacked version of rent please landlord sim using ipa, and it works all fine except for the fact that all the purchasable things are 100 dollars. I've tried to look it up to fix it but i had no luck. When opening the mod menu all i see is "infinite currencies" and "no ads" which both are turned on. I also saw that what you're supposed to do is click the thing you wanna purchase and click cancel when prompted to put in your information, but that doesn't work.

Anytime I try to download any free app it immediately directs me to pay for app+. How do I fix this? I thought the free app meant FREE app. I’m specifically trying to download rent please landlord simulator but I’m having that issue.
