  1. I got a new phone so I am trying to transfer via the link. I enter my email, invoice, and UDID and click submit and nothing happens. Tried two different browsers with the same result. Is there a way to confirm if it was successfully submitted or not?
  2. On a related note, how can one check subscription status?
  3. Tried to update and I am getting an error that it’s not activated. The apps I have installed from iOS still work, just the app itself doesn’t.
  4. FAQ says to contact administrator with old and new UDID but the link is broken. Is there a new contact?
