Where can I download the slider mod?

I tried changing the code following instructions but there’s still grass and trees... why? I changed from 100 200 300 - 500 all the same result... can anyone help? Change it at which lobby? Before game starts lobby or waiting for flight countdown lobby?? I’m confused
